It's all about customer service

We have fantastic products and services. Today, that just isn't good enough. If our customer service is unreliable, difficult to get in touch with, or not valuable, the word gets out.

We believe in excellence. That is a policy decision that we have long held and practice. If you have a problem then we have a problem. Fortunately, we are good problem solvers. We will respond quickly, treat your problem as our problem and make sure your problem is solved.

We don't use Help Tickets, we believe in personal service. Many times, our customers want to fix their own problems but need our help. Our job is to make sure you have the level of help you need. That means that we need to know our product. Fortunately, we are full-stack software designers and hardware engineers. That gives us insight about the products you use and need, that just isn't available elsewhere.

We don't know your problems! It may sound odd to state that, but we have trained our people to actively listen and not to assume anything. Listening to our customers increases the chance that we will be able to identify the real problems, so that we can solve them, or help our customers solve them.

Inefficiencies. We've heard about them before.

Inefficiencies can cost your company time and money. They tend to languish in youur company, and when asked about them, you hear: We've always done it that way." Or, "It will take too much time and effort to fix them.


I hate inefficient work practices. It's hard to get things changed though. I've complained, but I'm just one voice. I don't thing our management sees what we see.

We have lots of different software doing specific things. It doesn't make sense that we print information from one program and then transcribe the data into another program, and then repeat the process.

I'm new here. It seems that we spend a lot of time and effort on things that aren't very productive. I don't want to complain though. There are probably good reasons for doing it this way, and I'm just not experienced enough to realize it.
